Kishki
The story begins with a 10 year old girl who opens a mysterious gift from her late mother. Ends up with a magical never ending scarf that dominates her school, house, neighborhood, city, and her whole world. How will she escape this blessing that turned out to be a dilemma.
Sketch to Reality
My design process always starts with a sketch, 100s of sketches to be honest. Then, I moved on to testing it with several children to see if it is appealing to them. I then move to transferring the sketch onto the fabric.
The full drawing embroidery takes around 3 days or maybe more depending on how complex the drawing is. First starting with just the line art, and then the coloring.
